Key Responsibilities
Cyphr is seeking a proven hands on product manager with a track record of growing or working as part of a 0>1 product environment. We are poised to ignite an evolution in human performance for the entire industry of financial decision makers. We have initial customers in place, and we're ready to scale. As a Product Manager I, you will play a pivotal role in helping our founders shape the future of our AI forward product innovations, with a specific emphasis on harnessing the power of generative AI and GPT technologies.
Your responsibilities will include executing on a comprehensive product strategy, building experiences, defining roadmaps, and identifying growth opportunities that leverage the unique potential of generative AI and GPT models and applying them to business applications as a SaaS capability for our customers
Strong Execution Skills: We have created an enormous amount of momentum that requires a high level of cross collaboration, and a 'get-shit'done attitude in order to execution
Produce consistently clear product requirements documents with thorough acceptance criteria that support backlog with regard for priority and roadmap
AI Integration: Leverage your expertise in artificial intelligence to drive the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies into our platform
Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure AI features are effectively implemented
User Experience: Champion the user experience by constantly seeking ways to improve product usability and customer satisfaction
Understand consumption patterns and user journeys within the product and the ecosystem to create new and engaging experiences
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to bring AI products to market successfully
Use market insights to inform product development and feature prioritization
Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage product releases and updates
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and KPIs to make informed decisions and continuously improve the product's performance and user satisfaction

Requirements
2-5 years experience/success as a cross-functional product manager of an operationally complex, high-growth environment with an ability to be hands-on while allocating resources and time effectively
Experience defining early digital products and working with B2B customers
Experience writing requirements for AI products and/or technologies
Ability to meet Cyphr, customer and/or government security screening requirements required for this role
US Citizen/Eligible to work in US

How to Apply
What is the interview process like?
1. Send us an overview of problems you have encountered before and how you approached solving them. Please include as much detail as possible: processes, projects, proofs, etc. We will then do a video call to kick things off and go through it (45 mins).
2. We will give you a take-home project related to whatever we are currently working on or allow you to shadow an sales call. Alternatively, if you have a relevant project that you worked on previously that demonstrates your ability to think through and develop requirements, you are welcome to use that instead.
3. We will then do a deep-dive through the project over a call and discuss your process, improvements and bottlenecks. Above all, we respect your time and commitment and will keep you up to speed on where we are at during the whole process. Expect this process to last 7-10 business days.
